How about the restaurants?
We were impressed by the quality and variety of the food and drinks offered at the Mesoyios restaurant during our stay at the Cap St Georges in Paphos. This restaurant offers a local/Mediterranean cuisine with some of the best views on the island. The atmosphere was truly exotic and made us feel as though we were dining in a tropical paradise like Tulum.
For our starters, we enjoyed the Mesoyios salad, which was incredibly delicious, as well as a variety of dips. For our main course, we had the pleasure of trying the wild mushroom spaghetti with truffle, which was truly a culinary masterpiece. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked, with a perfectly al dente texture that was satisfying to bite into. The wild mushrooms added a rich and earthy flavor to the dish, while the truffle added an extra layer of luxuriousness. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sirloin steak, which was cooked to perfection with a perfectly seared exterior and a juicy, tender interior. The steak was served with oven-baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a rich mushroom sauce, which completed the dish perfectly.
In addition to the Mesoyios restaurant, the Cap St George Hotel also features several other dining options, including the Sky7 fine dining restaurant, the Yeronisos restaurant where breakfast is served, the Sapori Italian restaurant, the Bonsai Asian restaurant, and the Gelato Patisserie cafe. We look forward to trying these other restaurants in the future and sharing our experiences in a new blog post.
