The Grand Hyatt Berlin is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood filled with a diverse array of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Guests can expect to be within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, and the Berlin Wall Memorial. The hotel’s surrounding neighborhood offers something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a night out on the town, a shopping experience or a relaxing stroll through the city’s many parks and gardens like Tiergarten, the largest inner-city park in Berlin.

What to expect from the room?
When we stayed in a King Room with Club Access at the Grand Hyatt Berlin, we were greeted with a luxurious and spacious room with modern design and a comfortable bed. The room featured a large window with city views, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and a minibar. The en-suite bathroom offered a walk-in shower, a bathtub and luxurious Balmain products as complimentary toiletries.
As guests in the King Room with Club Access, we also had access to the hotel’s exclusive Club Lounge, where we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast, evening cocktails, tea time, and snack time with finger food and drinks throughout the day. The Club Lounge also provided us a quiet space for us to work or relax, with comfortable seating and complimentary Wi-Fi. We experienced a high level of comfort and convenience, with 24-hour room service, daily housekeeping, and turndown service available to us.
How about the restaurants?
The Grand Hyatt Berlin offers a variety of dining options to suit all tastes and preferences. During our stay, we had the opportunity to dine at the Vox Restaurant, which is located in the hotel. The restaurant offers a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, with panoramic views of the city. The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff was happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, including a selection of mocktails, edamame, maki rolls and poke bowls which we really enjoyed. The mocktails were delicious and refreshing, the edamame was well seasoned and the maki rolls and poke bowls were fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable.
Overall, we had a great dining experience at the Vox Restaurant and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The Club Lounge was a great addition and the service there was impeccable, offering complimentary breakfast, evening cocktails, and snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
